Terms of Service

Welcome to Wayvo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wayvo governing your use of the Wayvo mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Wayvo. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, photos, stories, itineraries, etc.). By posting, you grant Wayvo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Wayvo has no tolerance for content or conduct that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that depicts or promotes harm to others. You agree not to post such content or abuse other users. We provide tools to report content, block users, and mute authors. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

4. Acceptable use

Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Don't post spam, scams, or infringing material.
Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the Service.
Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Safety features

Wayvo offers optional safety features such as location sharing, check-ins, and emergency SOS messaging to trusted contacts. These are convenience features and are not a substitute for emergency services. In a real emergency, always contact local emergency services (e.g. 911) directly. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or accuracy of safety messages, which depend on connectivity and third-party carriers.

6. Bookings and third parties

Tours and activities are provided and fulfilled by third parties such as Viator. When you book, your transaction is governed by that provider's terms, and Wayvo is not a party to it. Wayvo may earn an affiliate commission on completed bookings at no extra cost to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
