Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal content from our systems within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law or resolve disputes.

Your rights & choices

Children

Wayvo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported by our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
